Whether it's a plan to raid another clan's camp, figuring out new fighting methods or escaping things, Ambersplash can do it quite quickly and in a smart manner that usually wouldn't get anyone injured. Her tactics in fighting are quite good, making up for her lack of speed, endurance, agility and accuracy.

If her friend is recovering from a bad situation, or a kit is doing something dangerous, she'll usually step in and help whoever needs it. She goes to sometimes extreme lengths to protect her friends/family.

Ambersplash can store information in her mind, including directions, where she should go and much more. Not to mention she organizes other cats quite well, in a slightly bossy way, although not too bossy.

Although she can be quite bitter towards the cats she doesn't exactly like or see herself liking, she's friendly towards others who she gets along with well, or that she thinks can be a good friend.

She's very competitive, even if it's against a leader or a higher rank than her. She's determined to get to the top faster and better than others, to prove her worth. Start an argument with her and she won't back down.

No matter where she is, she can't leave a moss bed alone 'till it's perfectly round, raids have to be planned so there's no visible flaws, and if she's trespassing, her tracks have to be hidden incredibly well. Of course, this leads to taking a very long time and sometimes missing out on opportunities. But, hey, at least her moss bed will be round at the end of the day.

Although it's hard to sense with her bitter personality and deceitful ways, she's quite introverted and doesn't like to make friends. Why? She's grown to learn that a single whisper she told a friend can ruin her life, or mingle with her plans to become more than a warrior. If a cat does manage to crack her hard outer shell, it'll be even harder for her to like you back.

A lot of the time Ambersplash believes she can do practically anything better than practically anyone. She also never admits her wrongs, instead focusing on the good things about her.

If she has to reprimand someone, or they start an argument with her, Ambersplash's words will be quite venomous and sting quite harshly. Unless, of course, you're nice to her / her friend.

When needed, she can tip-toe around things (like basically any Shadowclanner) and avoid consequences. This could mean lying to faces, sucking up to someone or tricking another cat into doing something for her. This also makes it easy for her to read other cats.

Although she's not too spiteful, when she's given the choice between being nice to her enemies or someone who's wronged her, she'll probably give them a difficult path.

If someone wrongs her (offending her, challenging her rudely, messing with her friends) in a bad way, she'll be almost unable to forgive them. You'll have to do a lot of begging and apologizing to get on her good side again.

[ history ]

KIT (0-6 moons)
As a kit, Darkkit was already starting to become bossy and arrogant. She'd usually demand to be the good guy or the higher rank in the games she played with her siblings and always got her way. When she was born, the splotches on her were very dark, until her siblings started to notice that her fur was lightening in colour and her amber splotches were revealed. Quickly, she demanded the leader change her name to 'Amberkit', but of course, she was denied - probably due to her rudeness - and continued on her life with the weird name. Many cats started to assume her name was Darkkit because she wasn't very nice, and she started to become even more bitter as the adults talked behind her back and she had to confront many of them.

APPRENTICE (6-11 moons)
Darkkit was incredibly pleased when the leader changed her name to Amberpaw at her apprentice ceremony. She was also glad that she could finally get out of camp, get away from the cats here (she didn't particularily like many of them) and just be free. Of course, she soon learnt that unless she snuck out, she was stuck at camp until her mentor - Cloudfall - would bring her our for training, or she went on patrol. She started to swivel her attention over to Tanglepaw, a handsome apprentice that was slightly older than her. Amberpaw managed to flirt with him and kiss up to him, until they became mates in a very forced relationship that she soon learnt was just puppy love. She really didn't want to tell him to bug off, as she had some compassion left in her. But after all the months of worrying, she became a warrior after defending camp from a small fox who she ultimately had to have help to defeat.

WARRIOR (11 moons - present)
Ambersplash loved her new name, no one could judge her personality just from her prefix or suffice, just her appearance. She became quite determined and stubborn to do things, and still bitter, arrogant and bossy from when she was a kit. A lot of cats didn't like her, but she didn't like a lot of cats. She started to grow away from her mate, Tanglepaw, even more so than they already had, until one day he was killed by another patrol. Sure, she felt grief, but not much of it - and learnt to deal with his abrupt death. Her personality hardened and she became harder to break than ever before, although a supposedly sweet cat offered her support and they soon became friends. When Ambersplash started to spill her secrets to this newfound friend, the she-cat would tell other cats, trusting them not to spread it. Why? Because she was dumb, as Ambersplash explained it, and soon enough they knew about everything. She practically had to grow an even harder shell, ignore everyone, and carry on with her duties. She wouldn't be unloyal to the clan just because a few cats knew stuff about her.

A yawn escaped Dovepaw's mouth, but she simply ignored it. There was no time to be tired, she thought to herself as she slowly slunk away from the nursery, careful not to wake any queens or kits. Recently she hadn't been near the apprentice den, as all the apprentices she had attempted to make friends with either avoided or teased her. Duskbreeze, her mother, used to tell them off, that was, before she started to neglect her daughter due to her mate's death. Stupid dad, Dovepaw said on instinct inside her head, and immediately felt bad. He had been the medicine cat of another clan, so Dovepaw was left with all the bullies and the clan looking down on her. Not to mention he'd died and put her mother in a state of depression.
She sighed.

Her body slunk through the brambles and she passed a lonely tree a few steps from the entrance, careful to stay quiet as she had done so many times before. Then, before she could place her next step, a voice that sounded young spoke behind her. She let out an embarrassing squeak and turned, half falling over and half catching herself, to face the 'intruder' as she thought he was.
"Uhm-" Dovepaw muttered, looking at her paws with her bright green eyes, which were growing duller every moon from the lack of happiness she had. As she started to consider how he caught her, he then asked if he could sneak out with her.

"Uh... sure?" The apprentice nodded, flicking her tail a bit back at him in a welcome sign. Her ears twitched and she sent a weary smile his way, but it was a forced smile... and probably the only one she would be able to muster for a few months.
